Instructions
  1. Lightly toast whole wheat toast until slightly crispy and golden brown.
  2. Mash up the avocado. Stir in the salt until smooth. Add to the base of the toast.
  3. Chop up the tomatoes and spread evenly across the toast.
  4. Fry egg on a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Fry sunny-side style for about 2-3 minutes. Place on the toast.

  1. 2 medium chicken breast, 2 tsp.
  2. Mrs. Dash chipotle seasoning,
  3. 3/4 cup cooked brown rice,
  4. 1 small can chopped olives,
  5. 1 Roma tomato,
  6. 1 avocado,
  7. 3 tbsp. minced red onion.
Instructions:
  1. Season chicken and grill on greased grill Pam.
  2. Cook rice.
  3. Dice tomato, avocado, and onion...
  4. Then mixed together with chopped olives.
  5. Dice up chicken.
  6. In large skillet mix chicken, rice, and veggies and fry for about 5 minutes so all flavors combine.

Instructions
  1. Mince red onion, cut mango into cubes, cut avocado into cubes and cut cherry tomatoes in half
  2. Put all the fruits and veggies into a medium bowl and add lime juice
  3. Season salmon fillets with Cajun Flavor God seasoning and 1 tsp. olive oil each
  4. Preheat grill for medium heat.
  5. Place salmon on the grill
  6. Cook salmon for about 6 minutes per side
  7. Once salmon is done add the homemade mango salsa

  1. Dampen edges of the egg roll wrap with egg whites and spray evenly with coconut oil spray or olive oil spray
  2. Place shredded or grilled chicken breast with avocado, cheese and buffalo sauce
  3. Cook in convectional oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until wrap is golden brown
  4. OR toss in Air Fryer at 400 degrees for the same amount of time
