Instructions
  1. For the tuna salad I mashed 1 small avocado with a can of tuna and mixed in half a small red onion.
  2. Lots of pepper, pink himalayan salt, and I also mixed in a splash of apple cider vinegar and a swirl of sriracha for heat.
  3. Served on a bed of fresh spinach with balsamic drizzle.
  4. Delicious!

  1. 1 1/2 scoop vanilla trutein protein powder.
  2. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk.
  3. 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese.
  4. 1 1/2 tbsp sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding mix.
  5. 1 stevia packet.
  6. 1 1/2 cups spinach.
  7. 6 mint leaves.
  8. 1-2 tsp peppermint extract.
  9. 6 ice cubes.
  10. Blend away and top with extra mint if you're feeling it!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350-375
  2. Chop cauliflower, carrots and spinach
  3. Blend chickpeas with the egg whites until fairly smooth (leave some chunks)
  4. Mix remaining ingredients and place in a casserole dish.
  5. Bake for ~45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the reaches above 160.

Instructions
  1. Take out your high fiber Joseph's pita, fat free mozzarella, laughing cow wedge, frozen cooked shrimp, and baby spinach.
  2. Defrost and then dry the frozen shrimp and set it aside.
  3. Take the laughing cow cheese wedge and spread it on top of the pita, and then put on the 1/4 cup of fat free mozzarella.
  4. put the baby spinach and shrimp on the pizza and then place it in the oven or toaster oven for a couple minutes on 350 degrees (keep it in longer if you want a crispy crust.)
