This pancake recipe has been my "go to" recipe for the past couple weeks and it has received rave reviews from others who have made it. these pancakes are super thick and fluffy, satisfying, and of course, delicious! and they still taste amazing the next day. double the recipe and store the leftovers so you have breakfast ready to go for the next day!
Mix all the dry ingredients together, omitting the chocolate chips (you can always add extra inside the mix but I did not)
Add in the wet ingredients and mix, then pre heat the oven at 350.
Spray baking dish with non stick spray and add brownie mix. Bake for 15-20 minutes and once out of the oven, place the chocolate chips on top. They will melt quickly, so spread it out and you'll have a nice chocolate icing!
