Instructions
  1. Grind oats and psyllium husks into powder
  2. Mix together oats, psyllium, coconut flour, protein powder
  3. Add yogurt, egg whites and almond milk and mix well
  4. Stir in lemon extract, lemon juice and stevia (adjust these ingredients to taste)
  5. Fold in blueberries, adding a little at a time
  6. Pour into molds* and bake at 325 for ~45min (depending on mold)
Recipe Notes

You can use a cupcake pan (12), mini cake mold (8), or a 6" round cake pan

  1. 3 medium carrots grated
  2. 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  3. 1 cup gluten free oats
  4. 1 scoop vanilla trutein protein powder
  5. 1 egg
  6. 2 egg whites
  7. 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded coconut
  8. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  9. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  10. 1 tbsp cinnamon
  11. 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  12. 1/2 tsp cloves
  13. 1 tbsp agave nectar
  14. 1/4 cup raisins
  15. Mix all wet ingredients together and fold in dry ingredients to combine.
  16. Drop cookies in a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes
  17. Recipe makes 20 cookies! Then devour!

Instructions
  1. 1 scoop trutein vanilla bean protein powder.
  2. 3/4 cup gluten free oats.
  3. 1/4 cup buckwheat flour.
  4. 1 tbsp honey.
  5. 2 eggs.
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  7. 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce.
  8. 1 tsp. cinnamon.
  9. 1/4 cup almond butter.
  10. 1/2 tsp baking powder.
  11. 1/2 tsp baking soda.
  12. 1 apple pie quest bar cut into small pieces.
  13. Mix all ingredients and drop cookies into a greased baking sheet.
  14. Bake cookies for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  15. Recipe makes 14 cookies.

Instructions
  1. 1/2 cup coconut flour
  2. 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat unsweetened coconut
  3. 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  4. 1 Dannon light n fit key lime non fat Greek yogurt (5.3oz.)
  5. 1 egg
  6. 2 egg whites
  7. 2 tbsp
  8. Agave nectar
  9. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  10. 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  11. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  12. Juice of 1 lime, zest of 1 lime
  13. Mix all ingredients and roll into 12 balls and place greased cookie sheet
  14. Take a fork and mash cookies down into little circles
  15. Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 10-12 mi. Until golden
  16. Top with additional lime zest if desired and Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. 1/2 cup coconut flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 cup coconut oil, 2/3 cup honey or syrup (I used wf caramel syrup).
  2. Mix and divide into two portions.
  3. Add 1/4 cup cacao to one and 1/4 cup peanut flour to the other line muffin pan with chocolate layer then add peanut layer on top!
  4. Bake at 175C for 15min!

  1. 1 can organic pumpkin.
  2. 2 cups gluten free oats.

  1. 1 scoop protein powder
  2. 1 mashed banana
  3. 1 mashed banana
  4. 2 tbsp coconut flour
  5. 2 tbsp buckwheat flour
  6. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  7. 1 egg, 2 egg whites
  8. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  9. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  10. 1/4 cup @lilys_sweets_chocolate dark chocolate chips
  11. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  12. Frosting: 4 tbsp Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter mixed with 1/4 cup @lilys_sweets_chocolate dark chocolate chips.
  13. Melt hazelnut butter and chocolate chips until smooth in a microwave (takes about 20 seconds) and top donuts!

  1. 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  2. 1 scoop trutein vanilla protein powder

  9. 2 tbsp Lily's stevia sweetened dark chocolate chips
  10. Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 ramekins sprayed with coconut oil.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 20min.
  12. I topped mine with Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter, but you can use shredded coconut, sliced banana, almonds, etc.
  13. The sky is the limit! enjoy!

  1. 2 scoops (80g) Jamie Eason's vanilla whey
  2. 6Tbs (42g) coconut flour
  3. 1/3c truvia (or another sweetener)
  4. 1/2-1 Tbs cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  5. 1-2tsp baking soda
  6. 1/2c of pumpkin
  7. 3/4c egg whites
  8. Mix all dry ingredients together, then add pumpkin and egg whites and mix until smooth
  9. Pour batter into 8 lined cupcake tins** 3) Bake at 280F for ~25min
  10. Let cool and enjoy

Instructions
  1. Mix together flours, 1/2 scoop of protein powder, stevia, baking soda, and baking powder.
  2. Add egg whites, almond milk, yogurt and vanilla.
  3. Pour mixture into 3 donut molds.
  4. I used my Wilton standard size donut pan and sprayed it with non stick spray.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 350f.
  6. While baking mix frosting ingredients (1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder, ricotta, and maple syrup) together and place in the fridge until donuts are done and cooled.
  7. Frost and sprinkle with chocolate chips! Enjoy!!
