If you love pie and you love mugcakes, then you'll love this recipe. this is my "go to" recipe for a single serve berry filled pie "mugcake". This mini pie takes only about 5 minutes to make so it's perfect for satisfying that pie craving in a pinch!

Instructions
  1. Single serve (vegan) berry pie mugcake 1/3 cup whole wheat flour 1 tbsp coconut flour 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 banana, mashed 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup raspberries (or berries of choice)
  2. Combine all ingredients except berries and mix well.
  3. Add enough flour so that the mixture is easily manageable I.e not sticky.
  4. Press 2/3rds of the mixture into a small ramekin.
  5. Form into a pie crust shape.
  6. Add your berries (if using frozen, be sure to thaw first).
  7. Roll out the rest of your crust and place on top of the berries.
  8. Cut an "x" in the center then,using a fork, press the top crust into the bottom crust.
  9. Microwave ~2-3 minutes or until crust is fully cooked.
  10. Pro tip: put a plate underneath your bowl while cooking to catch the juice from the berries in case it starts to overflow.
  11. Let cool before enjoying!

  1. Dymatize Nutrition ISO 100 Hydrolyzed 100% Whey Protein Isolate - Birthday Cake
  2. ½ Bananas
  3. 1/3 Cup Large Flake Oats
  4. ½ scoop Birthday Cake Whey
  5. ¾ cup Liberte - 2% Plain Greek Yogurt
  6. 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  7. Cinnamon
  8. Mix some water, oats and peanut butter in a bowl.
  9. Slice banana into thin slices and place ontop of the oats.
  10. In a separate bowl mix yogurt, whey and vanilla extract.
  11. Spoon the yogurt on top of the bananas and oats.
  12. Sprinkle with cinnamon and place in the fridge.
  13. Eat the next day.

Instructions
  1. Banana split inspired pancakes - makes 5-6 small porncakes
  2. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cup oat flour
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used lean body for her)
  6. 1 tsp baking powder
  7. 1 tbsp olive oil
  8. 1 tsp sweetener of choice
  9. Milk of choice to form a batter (about 1/2 cup)
  10. 1 egg
  11. Combine ingredients and mix well.
  12. Add enough milk to form a batter.
  13. Cook pancakes on skillet a few minutes on each side until cooked.
  14. Let cool then layer with strawberries, banana, peanut butter, and melted chocolate or baking cocoa mixed with water.

  1. 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  2. 1 scoop trutein vanilla protein powder
  3. 1 mashed banana
  4. 2 egg whites
  5. 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  6. 1 tsp cinnamon
  7. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  8. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  9. 2 tbsp Lily's stevia sweetened dark chocolate chips
  10. Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 ramekins sprayed with coconut oil.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 20min.
  12. I topped mine with Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter, but you can use shredded coconut, sliced banana, almonds, etc.
  13. The sky is the limit! enjoy!

Crust
  1. 3/4 cup oats 1/2-3/4 cup softened dates sprinkle cinnamon
Middle layer
  1. 2 frozen bananas
Top layer
  1. 1 cup frozen blueberries 1/8 cup vegan greek yogurt
  1. In a food processor combine ingredient to make the crust.
  2. Blend until mixture clumps together.
  3. Press into the bottom of 7-8 silicone baking cups an set aside.
  4. Add frozen bananas to food processor and blend until smooth and creamy
  5. Spoon one spoonful into each silicone cup. It's okay if you have extra.
  6. You can use it for the next layer.
  7. Place silicone cups In freezer while you prepare your next layer.
  8. Add frozen blueberries and yogurt to food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  9. Spoon into silicone cups.
  10. Top off with a few blueberries and freeze a few hours. Then enjoy!

  2. sprinkle both side with cinnamon and grill on both sides.
  3. Slice banana cut bread into 9 small squares.
  4. Stack 3 banana slice and 3 bread bites on kabobs and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  2. 1/4 filtered water
  3. 1 tablespoon raw unsweetened cacao
  4. 1 tablespoon chocolate whey

Can probably omit but it really does thicken up the 'ice cream'well!!! I get it on iherb.com (SIS866 gives you a discount on your first order!) Continuously pulse your food processor until combined Serves 1.I added unsweetened coconut chips on top of mine. Enjoy!

  1. Heat oats with protein, Truvia and 1 cup water for 2 min mixing every 30 seconds
  2. Top with butterscotch chips and melt for 15 sec, cut nanner in half and put it around oats on a plate and then add the rest of toppings
  3. Melt peanut butter for 15 seconds in the microwave before adding it to oats
