- 2 large egg

- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Justin's Nut Butter Natural Almond Butter - Classic
- 1.5 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats
- 1 serving (serving = 1 bar) Quest Apple Pie
- 1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Trader Joe's Organic Raw Honey
- 1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Bob's Red Mill Organic Buckwheat Flour
- 1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) TruNutrition Sciences Trutein - Cinnabun

Instructions
- 1 scoop trutein vanilla bean protein powder.
- 3/4 cup gluten free oats.
- 1/4 cup buckwheat flour.
- 1 tbsp honey.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce.
- 1 tsp. cinnamon.
- 1/4 cup almond butter.
- 1/2 tsp baking powder.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda.
- 1 apple pie quest bar cut into small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients and drop cookies into a greased baking sheet.
- Bake cookies for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Recipe makes 14 cookies.
