Instructions
  1. 3 medium carrots grated
  2. 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  3. 1 cup gluten free oats
  4. 1 scoop vanilla trutein protein powder
  5. 1 egg
  6. 2 egg whites
  7. 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded coconut
  8. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  9. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  10. 1 tbsp cinnamon
  11. 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  12. 1/2 tsp cloves
  13. 1 tbsp agave nectar
  14. 1/4 cup raisins
  15. Mix all wet ingredients together and fold in dry ingredients to combine.
  16. Drop cookies in a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes
  17. Recipe makes 20 cookies! Then devour!

Instructions
  1. 1/2 cup coconut flour
  2. 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat unsweetened coconut
  3. 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  4. 1 Dannon light n fit key lime non fat Greek yogurt (5.3oz.)
  5. 1 egg
  6. 2 egg whites
  7. 2 tbsp
  8. Agave nectar
  9. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  10. 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  11. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  12. Juice of 1 lime, zest of 1 lime
  13. Mix all ingredients and roll into 12 balls and place greased cookie sheet
  14. Take a fork and mash cookies down into little circles
  15. Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 10-12 mi. Until golden
  16. Top with additional lime zest if desired and Enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven at 350 and grease a round or square cake pan
  2. Mix all of the cake ingredients in a medium sized bowl
  3. place cake mixture in pan
  4. Combine all topping ingredients in small bowl
  5. Evenly sprinkle topping over cake
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until done

  5. Zest from 1 lime
  6. Juice from one lime

Chocolate Covered Coconut Protein Bars:
  1. 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  2. 1 1/2 scoop quest vanilla protein powder
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 4 egg whites
  5. 2 tbsp agave nectar
  6. 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  7. 1/3 cup coconut flour
Dark Chocolate Topping:
  1. 1/2 cup Lilys unsweetened dark chocolate chips
  2. 1 tbsp. agave nectar
  3. 1 tbsp coconut oil
Recipe Notes

Melt chocolate ingredients in a double boiler and whisk until smooth. Top bars while still warm and let them set up in the fridge for 10min.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large shallow bowl combine coconut flour, coconut, lime zest, sea salt and pepper.
  3. In a separate shallow bowl whisk the egg, warm water and juice of lime together.
  4. Dip filets in egg mixture, them coat with coconut mixture. Repeat with remaining filets.
  5. Place filets on a cooking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until fish is flaky and crust is slightly golden.
