Instructions
  1. Rinse chickpeas well, and blend with the egg (don't blend too well, you want to leave a few bigger chunks of chickpeas).
  2. Add chopped onion, and remaining ingredients, mix well.
  3. Form into 6 patties, and bake at 350 for ~25 minutes.
  4. Fry in olive oil for ~2 minutes per side before serving.

Smore's cake
  1. 1 (40g) scoop Whey Isolate protein powder (vanilla)
  2. 1/4 cup oats gluten free
  3. 1 large pear with out skin
  4. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  5. 1/4 cup coconut or almond milk
  6. 1 tsp vanilla
  7. 4 sachet (4g) stevia sweetleafstevia
  8. 1 tsp chia seeds
  9. 1 tsp flax seeds
  10. 1/4 cup water
  11. 2 tablespoon chocolate chips (optional)
  12. Ground the flax seeds or use milled flax seeds and mix it with water and chia seeds. Keep aside for 15 min.
  13. In a food processor blend the pear and make it a pure then add the rest of the ingredients but keep the chia and flax mixture for the end.
  14. Put over the cake the chocolate chips.
  15. Bake it For 25 min 180 C.
Topping:
  1. 2 tbsp Carob hazelnut spread #biona or chocolate
  2. 4 marshmallows
  3. Bake in the oven until marshmallows get nice and toasty. the freezer for 2 minutes to harden the glaze a bit. Enjoy!
