Instructions
  1. Mix everything together other then the chocolate chips and marshmallows
  2. Spray a mug with non stick spray, add mug cake batter in and then micro wave for 2-3 minutes
  3. Flip onto a cookie sheet and top with chocolate chips and marshmallows and broil for 2-3 minutes (depending on your oven, I broiled at 400)

    You can easily add any extra toppings you would like * i.e. peanut butter, graham cracker, etc

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients of the pancake mix together. Slowly add in the wet and set aside to thicken
  2. Heat pan on low to medium with coconut oil or non stick spray, add pancake mix into however many you want
  3. In two small mixing bowls, add the cocoa in one and pb2 in the other
  4. Add 1 tbsp of water and syrup into the cocoa, and 1 tbsp of water into the pb2
  5. Stack pancakes and add the toppings!

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together, omitting the chocolate chips (you can always add extra inside the mix but I did not)
  2. Add in the wet ingredients and mix, then pre heat the oven at 350.
  3. Spray baking dish with non stick spray and add brownie mix. Bake for 15-20 minutes and once out of the oven, place the chocolate chips on top. They will melt quickly, so spread it out and you'll have a nice chocolate icing!

  1. Crush your almonds, set aside the chocolate chips and coconut
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients and then add in half of the chocolate chips, crushed almonds and coconut.
  3. Measure out your wet ingredients mix them then slowly add it into the dry and let sit for 1-2 minutes. While this is sitting you can heat your pan on low to medium and spray with non stick spray or use coconut oil
  4. Pour batter onto pan and flip when they bubble.
  5. Stack and top with remaining almonds, chocolate chips and coconut. You can also add extra - I used fat free whipped cream and some sugar free maple syrup.

  1. Mix everything together in a large bowl, pressing and folding all the ingredients together.
  2. Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place on a pan lined with wax paper, and allow to chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
