This is a great high protein breakfast that will keep you full and satisfied to get you through those long work mornings. for other flavor variations, just switch out the quest cookies and cream bar for another quest flavor.

Instructions
  1. Cookies and cream stuffed French toast Rollups
  2. 3 slices whole wheat bread with crusts cut off
  3. 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
  4. Almond Milk, as needed
  5. 1-2 eggs
  6. 1 quest cookies and cream bar cut horizontally into 3 long pieces
  7. In a small bowl, combine your protein powder with your milk until thick in consistency. Set aside.
  8. In another bowl, whisk your eggs with about 1/4 cup milk and also set this aside.
  9. Take one of your prices of crustless bread and spread the protein mixture on top.
  10. Place one of the pieces of the quest bar at one end of the bread and gently roll it up.
  11. When the seams meet, press them together tightly so the roll is tightly enclosed.
  12. Dunk in egg mixture.
  13. Repeat with other pieces of bread then cook in a skillet until all sides are golden brown.
  14. Drizzle with chocolate or other desired toppings and enjoy.

Chocolate caramel custard cups - makes 3-4 single servings
  1. Chocolate cup
  2. 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  3. Heaping 1/2 cup baked sweet potato or pumpkin purée
  4. 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1 tsp baking powder
  7. 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  8. 1 tbsp olive oil
Custard filling
  1. 3 eggs
  2. 1 cup almond milk
  3. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  4. 1 tbsp coconut sugar
Caramel topping
  1. 1/3-1/2 cup date caramel
  2. optional musclegg chocolate caramel egg whites
Recipe Notes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. OiL 3-4 small ramekins. Set aside. Fill a large 9x13in glass pan with 1 inch water. Set aside. Get out two bowls. In one bowl, combine ingredients to make your custard filling. Set aside. In the other bowl, combine ingredients to make your chocolate cups. Mix well with hands until mixture is easily manageable. Separate Dough into 3-4 equal portions. Press into the bottom of your ramekins. Pour custard filling over the chocolate layer. Place ramekins in the 9x13in glass pan. Bake ~50-60min or until tops are cooked. Let cool then top with date caramel topping and muscle egg egg whites and enjoy.

5 minute personal dessert pizza - makes 1
  1. Crust
  2. 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  7. 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  8. to keep it vegan you can use 1/2 cup pumpkin in place of egg and yogurt
Toppings
  1. 1 tbsp chocolate coconut butter
  2. 2 tbsp peanut butter
  3. 1/2 cookie dough quest bar broken into pieces
  4. optional chocolate pumpkin seeds
Recipe Notes

Combine ingredients to make pizza crust. Use hands to combine all ingredients. Dough will be sticky so it may help to coat hands with some flour. Form dough into a pizza crust and Microwave for 2 minutes. Set aside. Top with toppings and enjoy!
