Instructions
  1. 1/2 cup coconut flour
  2. 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat unsweetened coconut
  3. 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  4. 1 Dannon light n fit key lime non fat Greek yogurt (5.3oz.)
  5. 1 egg
  6. 2 egg whites
  7. 2 tbsp
  8. Agave nectar
  9. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  10. 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  11. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  12. Juice of 1 lime, zest of 1 lime
  13. Mix all ingredients and roll into 12 balls and place greased cookie sheet
  14. Take a fork and mash cookies down into little circles
  15. Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 10-12 mi. Until golden
  16. Top with additional lime zest if desired and Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. 5 minute chocolate caramel glazed zucchini donuts
  2. 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1/4 cup shredded zucchini
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  7. 1 tbsp baking cocoa
  8. 1 tbsp olive oil
  9. 1/4 cup Baking cocoa
  10. Water
  11. 1 tsp muscle egg chocolate caramel
  12. Combine wet ingredients.
  13. Add in dry ingredients and mix well.
  14. Pull off pieces of the dough and form into donuts.
  15. Arrange on a plate and microwAve 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
  16. Set aside to cool.
  17. In a small bowl, combine ingredients to make the glaze.
  18. Mix well until smooth and liquid in consistency.

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into bowl except milk and mix but be careful not to over mix! This will create tough donuts!
  2. Slowly add in liquid until you have a batter with a slightly thicker texture than an average pancake mixture would.
  3. Place evenly in 4 normal sized donut molds.
  4. Bake for 20 -25 mins. Cool and enjoy!
  5. I topped mine with greek yogurt and then topped with pomegrante and hemp seeds!

  2. Mash up the avocado. Stir in the salt until smooth. Add to the base of the toast.
  3. Chop up the tomatoes and spread evenly across the toast.
  4. Fry egg on a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Fry sunny-side style for about 2-3 minutes. Place on the toast.

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Yes, I bake my pancakes , you can fry them but this is how I prefer them! Softer instead of fried.
  3. Shred zucchini.
  4. Mix together with rest of ingredients except water/milk.
  5. Slowly add in liquid tbsp by tbsp until you get a muffin like batter.
  6. Do not over mix.
  7. Add in raspberries last and place in oven for 25 mins.
  8. Remove and top with greek yogurt and warmed raspberries.

  12. Blend all ingredients and fold in about 1/2 cup @lilys_sweets_chocolate dark chocolate chips.
