Instructions
  1. Grind flaxseeds into powder and mix together with almond and coconut flour
  2. Cream sugar sub and ghee together, then add eggs and mix
  3. Mix together steps 1 and 2
  4. Role dough out 1/4 inch thick between 2 sheets of wax paper
  5. Use cookie cutter to make shapes and place on tray
  6. Bake at 350 for ~20-30 min

Instructions
  1. Spray a small oven safe container (I used a glass 8x6x2") and line with half of the cubed bread. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl beat the eggs and mix in the vanilla extract, baking cocoa, and sweetener of choice. Mix well until baking cocoa is fully incorporated. It may take a few minutes so be patient. Set aside.
  3. In a medium sized bowl mix the cultured coconut milk with the peanut butter protein. Spoon half of the peanut butter and cultured coconut milk mixture over the bread then layer with chocolate chips (if using). Pour half of the chocolate egg mixture on top. Repeat with the bread, peanut butter and cultured coconut milk mixture, chocolate chips, and chocolate egg mixture. Make sure the bread is evenly coated as much as possible then cover with lid and let sit overnight.
  4. In the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees f. bake covered for 30 minutes, remove cover and bake another 30 minutes. watch closely to make sure it doesn't overbake. let cool, top with desired toppings, and enjoy!

Toppings:
  1. 3/4c heavy whipping cream
  2. 1 teaspoon or to taste liquid stevia
  3. Bacon
How to make:
  1. Warm up girdle, melt butter.
  2. Combine above ingredients. Blend till smooth. In This recipe, the pancakes are thick, but add more liquid they will thin.
  3. While the above is cooking, cook bacon.
  4. Next, pour heavy whipping in blender with stevia and blend. Blend till it peaks, set aside.
  5. Pancakes cook a few minutes each side. When done add toppings. For the kiddos I add a small drizzle of maple syrup.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Line a muffin tin with paper or foil liners; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl or mixer combine the pumpkin, eggs, coconut sugar, vanilla, and coconut oil.
  3. Then add the oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
  4. Optional: Fold in 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
  5. Pour mixture into liners filling about 3/4 of the way up. (Should fill 12-13 liners)
  6. Place in oven and bake for 20-25 min or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
  7. Let cool completely and enjoy!

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil or butter
  3. Sprinkle Monterey Jack into four piles
  4. Season each pile with cayenne and black pepper
  5. Place into the oven for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is brown on the outside but still white in the middle
  6. As your crisps are cooking, whisk eggs, cream, and black pepper for 1-2 minutes until smooth
  7. Turn your stove on to medium heat and melt butter in a saucepan
  8. Pour in your egg mixture and scramble the eggs (use a rubber spatula to move the eggs around, keep it moving consistently and slowly as they start to cook)
  9. Add cream cheese when they are almost done cooking, and fold it in evenly throughout the eggs
  10. Take your cheese crisps out of the oven (note: the middle should be soft and chewy, with the outsides being crunchy)
  11. On half of each cheese crisp place some scrambled eggs
  12. Fold over and enjoy!
