Instructions
  1. 1 cup raw almonds
  2. 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  3. 6 pitted dates
  4. 1/4 cup light unsweetened coconut milk
  5. Zest from 1 lime
  6. Juice from one lime
Recipe Notes

Blend all ingredients and roll into 10 protein bites. Roll protein bites in additional shredded coconut and lime zest. Enjoy!
