Instructions
  1. Put chicken in a pan over high heat with chicken broth and add all ingredients except corn starch.
  2. Once chicken is done cooking, add a small amount of cold water to corn starch and add to pan (removed from heat).
  3. Put back over heat and add vegetables, adding chicken broth as necessary. (Also, add any vegetables you'd like!)

Instructions
  1. 3 medium carrots grated
  2. 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  3. 1 cup gluten free oats
  4. 1 scoop vanilla trutein protein powder
  5. 1 egg
  6. 2 egg whites
  7. 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded coconut
  8. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  9. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  10. 1 tbsp cinnamon
  11. 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  12. 1/2 tsp cloves
  13. 1 tbsp agave nectar
  14. 1/4 cup raisins
  15. Mix all wet ingredients together and fold in dry ingredients to combine.
  16. Drop cookies in a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes
  17. Recipe makes 20 cookies! Then devour!

Instructions
  1. Grind flaxseeds into powder and mix together with almond and coconut flour
  2. Cream sugar sub and ghee together, then add eggs and mix
  3. Mix together steps 1 and 2
  4. Role dough out 1/4 inch thick between 2 sheets of wax paper
  5. Use cookie cutter to make shapes and place on tray
  6. Bake at 350 for ~20-30 min

  1. Mix pancake mix, egg white, yogurt, 2 tbsp of almond milk, vanilla, carrots (shredded), raisins, spices, 15g protein and 1 packet Truvia in a bowl
  2. Spray skillet with coconut oil, put on medium heat and cook 3 small pancakes at a time (recipe makes 6 pancakes = 1 serving)
  3. For topping; heat cream cheese in microwave on 50 percent power for 10 seconds
  4. Add 2 tbsp almond milk, 5g protein and 1 Truvia to topping and put it on pancakes
