  1. Add milk to microwaved banana, add remaining cake ingredients and mix well.
  2. Swirl the coffee cinnamon mixture into the top, and microwave for 2:55 minutes

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the cocoa, half of the protein powder, greek yogurt and 2 tbsp of almond milk and set aside
  2. In a second bowl, add the liquid egg whites, 1 tbsp of almond milk, cinnamon, the remaining protein powder and mix.
  3. Cut your wrap or lavish or slices of bread however you want. Lay flat and add in the greek yogurt mix. Roll them up and place in the egg white mix and let soak on each side to absorb the liquid.
  4. On low to medium heat, spray with non stick spray or coconut oil and cook on each side until golden.
