  2. Mix egg whites and egg in a small bowl with seasonings
  3. Heat up a fry pan on medium heat and spray with cooking spray
  4. Add cut up ham steak, garlic and veggies
  5. Cook until golden
  6. Take everything out of pan
  7. Add egg mixture and let cook
  8. Add the cheese when the egg is semi solid and then add the veggies and ham
  9. Flip omelet
  10. Enjoy
