Instructions
  1. Make the raspberry chia jam - heat a small pan over a medium heat then pour in the raspberries. Stir for a few seconds.
  2. Add the lemon juice and maple syrup.
  3. Stir raspberries and start mashing them with the back of a wooden spoon as they cook. Continue doing this until all the raspberries have been mashed and you're left with a smooth sauce.
  4. Turn the heat off then add in the chia seeds. Leave the mixture to cool slightly then transfer to a bowl/jar and store in the fridge for a couple of hours to set into a jam.
  5. To make the Quest bar berry tart - preheat your oven to 160*C (320*F)
  6. Microwave your quest bar for 10-15 seconds just to soften it up slightly.
  7. Press the softened quest bar into a small tart tin.
  8. Bake for 4-5 minutes or until the edges have browned.
  9. Fill the tart with a few teaspoons of the raspberry chia jam and decorate with blueberries or any other berries/fruit you prefer.
  10. Enjoy!

Instructions
Ingredients:
  1. 2 scoops MRM Cookies n Cream Casein
  2. 1 cup oats
  3. 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  4. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  5. 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  6. 1/4 cup raw honey
  7. Water *(Exact amount will be explained in directions!)*
Directions:
  1. Combine the dry ingredients (MRM Cookies n Cream Casein, oats, ground flax seed, and chia seeds)
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey.
  3. Now this is the part that might alter for each person. Try rolling a ball. If it crumbles in your hands you will need water. Add one tablespoon at a time till you can roll a ball. I personally added 8 tablespoons of water one at a time. This is different for everyone depending on brand of oats and peanut butter! Each brand can be so different.
  4. I placed mine in the fridge for around an hour, melted some dark chocolate, and drizzled over each ball. This step isn't a need and will add calories to nutrition facts listed below.
  5. I store mine in the fridge. I can't say how long they will last, but I can assure you that you'll eat them faster than expected. 🙂
