Instructions
  1. Chocolate mint glazed donuts
  2. Makes ~4-5 donuts
  3. Donuts 1/4 cup baked pumpkin purée (or baked sweet potato)
  4. 3/4 cup whole wheat flour minus 1 tbsp
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. 1 tsp vanilla
  7. 1 tbsp olive oil
  8. 3 oz muscle egg chocolate mint brownie egg whites (can sub 1 egg or 1/4 cup pumpkin puree)
  9. 1 tsp liquid sweetener of choice
  10. Glaze 1 tsp muscle egg chocolate mint brownie egg whites
  11. 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  12. water
  13. Combine all dry ingredients then mix in wet.
  14. Mix well until a dough forms.
  15. Pinch off pieces of dough and form into donut shapes.
  16. Arrange on a large plate and microwave 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
  17. Set aside to let cool.
  18. Pour baking cocoa, water, and muscle egg into a small bowl to make the glaze.
  19. Mix well until mixture smooth.
  20. Dip tops of donuts in glaze and top with desired toppings.
  21. Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Thai peanut whole grean pasta
  2. 7.5 ounce whole grain spaghetti (about half the box)
  3. 1/4 cup olive or canola oil
  4. diced garlic to taste (I used a large spoonful of diced garlic)
  5. 1/2 cup green onions, diced
  6. 1/2 cup white and red onions, diced
  7. 1/2 cup red and green bell peppers, diced
  8. 2 cups frozen vegetables (I used carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower)
  9. Splash of red wine vinegar (seriously, just a splash or two)
  10. 1/4 cup pure honey or pure maple sypup
  11. 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  12. 1/2 tbsp ginger
  13. 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  14. make your pasta according to the directions on the pasta. set aside once finished.
  15. In a separate sauce pan (make sure it’s fairly large), combine your onions (green, red, white) and garlic with olive oil and saute until your onions start to turn translucent. add your ginger and chili powder and mix well.
  16. add in your frozen vegetables and peppers and cook until your frozen vegetables begin to soften (~5 minutes or so).
  17. Add the red wine vinegar, honey/maple syrup, and peanut butter. Mix well and simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Add in your pasta and mix well. Serve and enjoy 🙂

Instructions
  1. 5 min twisted pizza breadsticks - makes 3-4
  2. Breadsticks, 1/2 cup pumpkin purée

  12. Combine ingredients to make the breadsticks and mix well until a dough forms.

  14. Using a rolling pin or even a drinking glass roll out both doughs into rectangles.
  15. Make sure they are both the same length and width. On one of the rectangles spread some olive oil (prevents dough from getting moist from the sauce).
  16. Spoon a little marinara sauce and sprinkle the shredded cheese.

  19. Carefully twist the strips and place on a large plate.
  20. Sprinkle with a little Italian seasoning then Microwave 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.

  1. Quest cookies and cream donuts - makes 4-5
  2. 3/4 cup whole wheat flour (for gf version: sub oat flour plus 1-2 tbsp coconut flour)
  3. 1/2 cup pumpkin purée (or can sub in 1 egg and reduce pumpkin to 1/4 cup)
  4. 1 tsp vanilla
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. 1 tbsp olive oil
  7. 1 tsp sweetener of choice
  8. 1 quest cookies and cream bar
  9. additional toppings as desired
  10. ombine ingredients to make donuts and mix well until a dough forms.
  11. If you go the route of using egg the dough may be a little sticky.
  12. Make sure to flour your hands and/or wet your hands to help manage the dough.
  13. Pull off pieces of dough and roll into a thin rope.
  14. Form into donut shape.
  15. Repeat with rest of dough.
  16. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
  17. Set aside To cool.
  18. Microwave the quest bar for 10 seconds or until soft.
  19. Pull of pieces of the bar and press onto the tops of the donuts.
  20. Top with other desired toppings and enjoy.

  1. Banana split inspired pancakes - makes 5-6 small porncakes
  2. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cup oat flour
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used lean body for her)

Crust
  1. 3/4 cup whole wheat flour (to make gf try a combo of 3/4 cup oat flour +1-2 coconut flour)
  2. 3/4 cup pumpkin pure
  3. 1 tsp baking powder
  4. 1 tbsp olive oil
Filling
  1. 1/2 cup blueberries
  2. 1 tsp coconut sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp xantham gum mixed with ~1 tbsp water until a gel forms (or you can sub cornstarch or arrowroot if you don't have xantham gum)
  4. 1/4 cup water
  5. 1/8 cup fresh blueberries
  6. In a small sauce pan combine all filling ingredients and stir continually until mixture starts to boil.
  7. Continue stirring until mixture thickens (about 5-8 min).
  8. Stir in fresh blueberries then Remove from heat and let cool while you prepare the crust.
  9. In a medium bowl combine all crust ingredients and mix well.
  10. Use hands to fully incorporate all ingredients until a dough forms.
  11. Get out 3 small silicone cups and press pieces of the dough into the bottom.
  12. Form a small pie crust shape in each silicone cup.
  13. Make sure to save some dough for the lattice topping.
  14. Spoon a spoonful of the blueberry pie filling into each crust.
  15. I had about 2 tbsp leftover.
  16. With the leftover dough roll out 9 thin ropes and drape on the tops of each mini pie.
  17. Microwave the pies for 2 minutes then let cool before enjoying.

Recipe Notes

Combine all ingredients except last 3 and mix well! Make sure to use your hands to incorporate all ingredients into a dough. Pinch off pieces of dough, roll out into a thin rope, and form into a donut. Or form into small balls Of dough and form a hole in the middle with your finger. Repeat with rest of dough. Microwave 2-3 minutes until fully cooked. Set aside. In a Small bowl whisk egg with coconut butter. Dunk donuts in mixture and place on a warmed up skillet. Cook a few minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat. Microwave quest bar for 10 seconds until soft. Pull of pieces of the bar and arrange on top of each donut. Enjoy!
