Instructions
  1. Peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake Makes ~10 slices
  2. Peanut butter cheesecake - 2 cups plain greek yogurt - 2 eggs - 1/2 cup natural peanut butter - 1/4 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar - 1/4 cup almond milk - 1/8 cup baking cocoa
  3. Drizzle - 1/3 cup natural peanut butter, melted - 1/4 cup baking cocoa - water, as needed - sweetener, to taste
  4. In a medium sized bowl, combine first 6 ingredients and mix well until smooth and creamy.
  5. Transfer 1/3rd of the mixture to a smaller bowl and add the baking cocoa. Mix well. Oil a medium sized glass dish and pour the chocolate mixture on the bottom. Pour the peanut butter mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees f for ~40 min.
  6. Get out 2 small bowls to prepare the peanut butter and chocolate drizzle. In one bowl, add the peanut butter and microwave ~30 seconds or until melted. In the other bowl, combine the baking cocoa with a little water at a time until mixture is liquid in consistency and easy to drizzle. Drizzle peanut butter and chocolate mixture on top of cheesecake once cool. Let chill in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight before serving.
  7. Store leftovers in refrigerator in an airtight container.

Instructions
  1. Thai peanut whole grean pasta
  2. 7.5 ounce whole grain spaghetti (about half the box)
  3. 1/4 cup olive or canola oil
  4. diced garlic to taste (I used a large spoonful of diced garlic)
  5. 1/2 cup green onions, diced
  6. 1/2 cup white and red onions, diced
  7. 1/2 cup red and green bell peppers, diced
  8. 2 cups frozen vegetables (I used carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower)
  9. Splash of red wine vinegar (seriously, just a splash or two)
  10. 1/4 cup pure honey or pure maple sypup
  11. 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  12. 1/2 tbsp ginger
  13. 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  14. make your pasta according to the directions on the pasta. set aside once finished.
  15. In a separate sauce pan (make sure it’s fairly large), combine your onions (green, red, white) and garlic with olive oil and saute until your onions start to turn translucent. add your ginger and chili powder and mix well.
  16. add in your frozen vegetables and peppers and cook until your frozen vegetables begin to soften (~5 minutes or so).
  17. Add the red wine vinegar, honey/maple syrup, and peanut butter. Mix well and simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Add in your pasta and mix well. Serve and enjoy 🙂

Instructions
  1. PB&J inspired puffle (can be made vegan) Makes 1 large serving
  2. Waffle- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée (or baked sweet potato or for a fluffier end product, add 1 egg and reduce pumpkin to 1/4 cup) - 3/4 cup whole wheat flour - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp vanilla - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 tsp sweetener of choice
  3. Filling - couple squares/tbsp chocolate of choice - 2-3 tbsp peanut butter of choice, melted - 1/3 cup strawberries
  4. Combine all ingredients and mix well by hand until a dough forms. Heat up your waffle maker.
  5. Measure your waffle maker then flatten dough into a circular shape that will fit into the waffle maker. Spoon ~2 tbsp peanut butter on one side of the dough and place chocolate pieces on top.
  6. Fold the other half of the dough on top of the fillings and pinch edges together. Place in waffle maker and cook for a few minutes. Pick up the puffle and gently press the seams onto the waffle maker so they cook as well.
  7. Place puffle on a plate and microwave for ~1 minute to ensure dough is completely cooked. Cut in half and layer with strawberries and remaining peanut butter. Enjoy!

  1. Banana split inspired pancakes - makes 5-6 small porncakes
  2. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cup oat flour
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used lean body for her)
  6. 1 tsp baking powder
  7. 1 tbsp olive oil
  8. 1 tsp sweetener of choice
  9. Milk of choice to form a batter (about 1/2 cup)
  10. 1 egg
  11. Combine ingredients and mix well.
  12. Add enough milk to form a batter.
  13. Cook pancakes on skillet a few minutes on each side until cooked.

Instructions
  1. Peanut butter cookie dough stuffed french toast
  2. 2 pieces whole wheat bread (or bread of choice)
  3. 1 egg
  4. splash almond milk (or milk of choice)
  5. 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  6. 1 large tbsp peanut butter (try @pbcrave cookie nookie for extra flavor)
  7. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice (I used @leanbodyforher)
  8. handful chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  9. optional chocolate sauce (baking cocoa + water + chocolate caramel @muscleegg)
  10. Combine greek yogurt with protein powder and peanut butter.
  11. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  12. Spread on top of one of your pieces of bread.
  13. Sprinkle chocolate chips/cacao nibs on top.
  14. Place the other piece of bread on top.
  15. In a small bowl, whisk egg with milk and dunk bread.
  16. Coat completely with egg then cook on a skillet for a few minutes on each side.
  17. Once finished, cut in half and layer.
  18. Drizzle with melted peanut butter, chocolate sauce, and a dollop of peanutbutter.
  19. Enjoy.

  1. 1 cookie dough quest bar
  2. 1 tbsp coconut flour

Divide quest bar into 3 even pieces and press each piece into one silicone baking cup. Press thumb into center of each silicone cup to form a well. Bake at 350 degrees for ~5-6 minutes.   1. 1 cup oats
  2. 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used lean body for her protein)
  3. 1/2 cup peanut butter (I used peanut protein and it worked well)
  4. 1/8 cup chia seeds
  5. 1/4 cup liquid sweetener
  6. 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted (I used Amber lyn chocolates)
  7. 1 container siggis blueberry yogurt
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor (except last 2) and blend very well until your mixture starts to clump together.
  2. If using powdered peanut butter, add water to powder first to make peanut butter then add to food processor.
  3. Remove mixture from food processor (mixture will be sticky) and press into a small container (I used a 7x 5 x 1.5 inch glass container). melt chocolate and, in a medium sized bowl, combine with blueberry yogurt.
  4. Mix well until smooth and creamy. pour on top of your protein bar mixture. Set in freezer until chocolate hardens. Cut into bars and enjoy. Store leftovers in freezer.

  1. Crust

Recipe Notes

Combine ingredients to make pizza crust. Use hands to combine all ingredients. Dough will be sticky so it may help to coat hands with some flour. Form dough into a pizza crust and Microwave for 2 minutes. Set aside. Top with toppings and enjoy!

Vegan Strawberry cheesecake cups - makes 10-12
  1. Crust
  2. 3/4 cup oats

Recipe Notes

In a food processor blend ingredients to make crust. Blend until mixture starts to clump together. Press mixture into the bottom of 10-12 muffin cup liners and set aside. Blend frozen bananas until smooth and creamy. Layer half on top of crust. Place muffin tin in freezer while you prepare the top layer. Blend remaining frozen banana with strawberries and layer on top of the banana layer. Place back in freezer to set then enjoy.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
  2. Spray a 12x9 pan (or you can use a round cake pan) with cooking spray. Add oatmeal mixture to the pan.
