Instructions
  1. Mix the cheesecake mix together and place in the fridge immediately
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix and then slowly mix in all the wet. Let mixture sit for 1-2 minutes
  3. While mix is sitting, heat pan with non stick spray or coconut oil for 1-2 minutes, divide pancake mix and flip when bubbles appear
  4. Layer each pancake with cheesecake mix and top with more coconut, whipped cream, nut butter, etc

  1. Mix everything together other then the chocolate chips and marshmallows
  2. Spray a mug with non stick spray, add mug cake batter in and then micro wave for 2-3 minutes
  3. Flip onto a cookie sheet and top with chocolate chips and marshmallows and broil for 2-3 minutes (depending on your oven, I broiled at 400)

    You can easily add any extra toppings you would like * i.e. peanut butter, graham cracker, etc

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients of the pancake mix together. Slowly add in the wet and set aside to thicken
  2. Heat pan on low to medium with coconut oil or non stick spray, add pancake mix into however many you want
  3. In two small mixing bowls, add the cocoa in one and pb2 in the other
  4. Add 1 tbsp of water and syrup into the cocoa, and 1 tbsp of water into the pb2
  5. Stack pancakes and add the toppings!

Direction for Crepe
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat up a pan on medium heat for 1-2 minutes before placing the batter onto the pan
  3. Spray with non cooking spray or coconut oil
  4. Add all the crepe mix, unless you want 2 smaller crepes divide into 2.
  5. You may want to turn the heat down and once you notice it is completely cooked on one side you can flip it (it does not need long to cook- I usually adjust my heat a bit lower once the batter is on)
Direction for Overnight Oats
  1. Mix everything together and place in fridge over night (best to make night before or it can sit for a couple of hours)

  1. In a small mixing bowl add the cinnamon and egg whites and whisk. Set aside.
  2. In a food processor or blender add approx 3/4 of the oranges and strawberries a long with the protein, greek yogurt and almond milk. Blend.
  3. Cut your wraps into however many roll ups you want, I got 4. Place the strawberry orange protein mix into each wrap, roll them up then place in egg white mixture. Let soak on each side for 2-3 minutes, or until all egg white mix is gone.
  4. Heat a pan on low-medium and cook on each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown and you know the egg mix has cooked!
