Instructions
  1. 1 scoop trutein vanilla bean protein powder.
  2. 3/4 cup gluten free oats.
  3. 1/4 cup buckwheat flour.
  4. 1 tbsp honey.
  5. 2 eggs.
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  7. 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce.
  8. 1 tsp. cinnamon.
  9. 1/4 cup almond butter.
  10. 1/2 tsp baking powder.
  11. 1/2 tsp baking soda.
  12. 1 apple pie quest bar cut into small pieces.
  13. Mix all ingredients and drop cookies into a greased baking sheet.
  14. Bake cookies for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  15. Recipe makes 14 cookies.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Spray mini muffin tin with coconut oil
  3. Heat up the protein bar in microwave for 15 seconds and roll out dough with round drinking glass or rolling pin
  4. Press the tin dough into the muffin tin like you're making a crust (it will expand)
  5. Cook muffins with out the caramel for 10 minutes
  6. Heat the single caramel in microwave for 5 seconds and break it into 3
  7. Add the caramel to each muffin and take them out of the oven
