Here's a great twist on traditional french toast. this french toast is stuffed with a quest cookies and cream protein bar, rolled up into mini cinnamon rolls, dunked in eggs, and cooked up like regular french toast. the cookies and cream bar becomes soft and gooey on the inside which makes it extra delicious!

Instructions
  1. Quest cookies and cream French toast cinnamon rolls
  2. 3 slices whole wheat bread with crusts cut off
  3. 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
  4. Almond Milk, as needed
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1 quest cookies and cream, rolled out flat
  7. In a small bowl, combine your protein powder with your milk until thick in consistency.
  8. Set aside.
  9. In another bowl, whisk your eggs with about 1/4 cup milk and also set this aside.
  10. Remove crust from your bread then line the bread slices up next to each other.
  11. Tightly pinch the ends together so your 3 pieces of bread are one long, continuous piece.
  12. Spread protein mixture on top then lay the quest bar as evenly on top of the bread as you can.
  13. You may have to cut it up to get it fit.
  14. Careully roll up the bread, like you would with cinnamon roll dough, and cut off pieces.
  15. Cook like regular French toast on a skillet, making sure to flip so it cooks evenly on both sides.
  16. Top with desired toppings.

Instructions
  1. Quest cookies and cream donuts - makes 4-5
  2. 3/4 cup whole wheat flour (for gf version: sub oat flour plus 1-2 tbsp coconut flour)
  3. 1/2 cup pumpkin purée (or can sub in 1 egg and reduce pumpkin to 1/4 cup)
  4. 1 tsp vanilla
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. 1 tbsp olive oil
  7. 1 tsp sweetener of choice
  8. 1 quest cookies and cream bar
  9. additional toppings as desired
  10. ombine ingredients to make donuts and mix well until a dough forms.
  11. If you go the route of using egg the dough may be a little sticky.
  12. Make sure to flour your hands and/or wet your hands to help manage the dough.
  13. Pull off pieces of dough and roll into a thin rope.
  14. Form into donut shape.
  15. Repeat with rest of dough.
  16. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
  17. Set aside To cool.
  18. Microwave the quest bar for 10 seconds or until soft.
  19. Pull of pieces of the bar and press onto the tops of the donuts.
  20. Top with other desired toppings and enjoy.
  21. Best if eaten immediately.

Instructions
  1. Cookies and cream stuffed French toast Rollups
  2. 3 slices whole wheat bread with crusts cut off

  7. In a small bowl, combine your protein powder with your milk until thick in consistency. Set aside.
  8. In another bowl, whisk your eggs with about 1/4 cup milk and also set this aside.
  9. Take one of your prices of crustless bread and spread the protein mixture on top.
  10. Place one of the pieces of the quest bar at one end of the bread and gently roll it up.
  11. When the seams meet, press them together tightly so the roll is tightly enclosed.
  12. Dunk in egg mixture.
  13. Repeat with other pieces of bread then cook in a skillet until all sides are golden brown.
  14. Drizzle with chocolate or other desired toppings and enjoy.

  1. Take the cookies and cream quest bar and crumble into pieces.
  2. Add 1/3 cashew milk and melt in the microwave until smooth.
  3. Add other ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Recipe makes 9 donuts.
  5. Frosting: 1/2 scoop quest vanilla protein powder 4 tbsp light cream cheese 5 stevia drops 2 tbsp sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding mix 1/3 unsweetened cashew milk 3 crumbled glutino creme filled cookies
  6. Mix all ingredients an top donuts with frosting and crumbled cookies!

  1. 1 cookies and cream quest bar broken into pieces
  2. 1/3 cup Nikki's coconut butter in cake batter flavor
  3. 1 tbsp coconut flour
  4. 1 scoop @questnutrition vanilla protein powder
  5. 2-3 tbsp water
  6. optional topping: chocolAte Mugcake, crumbled (or Oreo cookie crumbles)
Recipe Notes

In a small sauce pan combine coconut butter and quest bar and mix on low heat until bar is almost fully melted and mixture has thickened. Remove from heat and transfer mixture to a medium sized bowl. Mix in protein powder and coconut flour. Add water 1 tbsp at a time until mixture is easily manageable. Form into a small ball. Roll in Mugcake crumbles and serve.
