This is a great high protein breakfast that will keep you full and satisfied to get you through those long work mornings. for other flavor variations, just switch out the quest cookies and cream bar for another quest flavor.

Instructions
  1. Cookies and cream stuffed French toast Rollups
  2. 3 slices whole wheat bread with crusts cut off
  3. 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
  4. Almond Milk, as needed
  5. 1-2 eggs
  6. 1 quest cookies and cream bar cut horizontally into 3 long pieces
  7. In a small bowl, combine your protein powder with your milk until thick in consistency. Set aside.
  8. In another bowl, whisk your eggs with about 1/4 cup milk and also set this aside.
  9. Take one of your prices of crustless bread and spread the protein mixture on top.
  10. Place one of the pieces of the quest bar at one end of the bread and gently roll it up.
  11. When the seams meet, press them together tightly so the roll is tightly enclosed.
  12. Dunk in egg mixture.
  13. Repeat with other pieces of bread then cook in a skillet until all sides are golden brown.
  14. Drizzle with chocolate or other desired toppings and enjoy.

Instructions
  1. Mix together flours, 1/2 scoop of protein powder, stevia, baking soda, and baking powder.
  2. Add egg whites, almond milk, yogurt and vanilla.
  3. Pour mixture into 3 donut molds.
  4. I used my Wilton standard size donut pan and sprayed it with non stick spray.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 350f.
  6. While baking mix frosting ingredients (1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder, ricotta, and maple syrup) together and place in the fridge until donuts are done and cooled.
  7. Frost and sprinkle with chocolate chips! Enjoy!!

  3. Blend second layer ingredients (3/4 cup cottage cheese, 2 tbsp.

  5. Sprinkle with chopped up quest bar and freeze for at least 1 hour.
  6. Drizzle with melted chocolate if you are feeling adventurous!

  1. In a bowl mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Add wet ingredients.
  3. Chop peanut butter cup and fold into batter.
  4. Fold chocolate chips into batter.
  5. Pour batter into a 8x8 inch round pan prepared with non-stick spray.
  6. Bake for 15-16 minutes at 350f.
  7. Let cool and drizzle with peanut butter and chocolate sauces.

  2. Add 1/3 cashew milk and melt in the microwave until smooth.
  3. Add other ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Recipe makes 9 donuts.

Crust
  1. 1 cup crushed whole wheat Graham crackers (i made a homemade version but feel free to use what you like)
  2. 1-2 tbsp date caramel (dates mixed with water until smooth and creamy)
Protein Cheesecake filling
  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1/2 cup milk of choice
  3. 1 scoop vanilla quest nutrition protein powder
Toppings
  1. 1/3 cup chopped dates
  2. 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used amberlyn chocolates)
  3. 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree f and spray a small glass container. I used a 7x 5 x 1.5 inch glass container.
  2. Set aside. In a small bowl combine ingredients to make the protein cheesecake filling. Whisk well until super smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Set aside. In a larger bowl crush graham crackers and mix in the caramel.
  4. Mix until graham cracker crumbs are moistened and start to stick together. Press mixture into the bottom of your glass container.
  5. Pour cheesecake filling on top. Sprinkle half of your date crumbles, chocolate chips, and coconut on top.
  6. Repeat. Bake for 30-35 min until cheesecake mixture is fully cooked. Let cool overnight (or a couple hours) then enjoy.
  7. 7 layer magic cookie (protein) cheesecake bars - makes 6 servings

  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used lean body for her protein)
  3. 1/2 cup peanut butter (I used peanut protein and it worked well)
  4. 1/8 cup chia seeds
  5. 1/4 cup liquid sweetener
  6. 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted (I used Amber lyn chocolates)
  7. 1 container siggis blueberry yogurt
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor (except last 2) and blend very well until your mixture starts to clump together.
  2. If using powdered peanut butter, add water to powder first to make peanut butter then add to food processor.
  3. Remove mixture from food processor (mixture will be sticky) and press into a small container (I used a 7x 5 x 1.5 inch glass container). melt chocolate and, in a medium sized bowl, combine with blueberry yogurt.
  4. Mix well until smooth and creamy. pour on top of your protein bar mixture. Set in freezer until chocolate hardens. Cut into bars and enjoy. Store leftovers in freezer.
  5. Blueberry white chocolate cheesecake protein bites - makes 8 mini bars
