Creamy, chocolate banana protein oats! Gluten free and a perfect way to start the day!
Baked Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Oatmeal
1 scoop trutein vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
2 tbsp Lily's stevia sweetened dark chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 ramekins sprayed with coconut oil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20min.
I topped mine with Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter, but you can use shredded coconut, sliced banana, almonds, etc.
