  1. For G Butter Graham Crackers
  2. 2 TBcup Cinnamon Bun G Butter 'livstrong5'
  3. 2 TB almond milk
  4. 1 TB almond meal
  5. 1 TB coconut flour
  6. 1/2 tsp date sugar
  7. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  8. For Vanilla Cake
  9. 1 scoop vanilla whey
  10. 3 TB oat flour
  11. 1 egg white
  12. 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  13. 1/4 cup almond milk
  14. 1 tsp baking powder
  15. For Chocolate Coating
  16. 1 TB coconut oil
  17. 2 TB dark chocolate chips
  18. 3/4 scoop chocolate whey
  19. Bake vanilla cake batter in 15 mini muffin tins (or USE CAKE POP PAN!) at 350F for 18 minutes, or until cooked through.
  20. Bake Graham Crackers (350 25 minutes) or crush boxed graham crackers.
  21. Purchase G Butter at sweat.com and use livstrong5' for discount and free shipping IF USING G BUTTER CRACKERS, you only need about 4.
  22. Once cake is cool, shave off the top edges, to form a cake pop shape.
  23. Microwave coconut oil and chocolate chips for 1 minutes, stir completely, and then add chocolate whey and stir till smooth.
  24. Roll cake pop in chocolate, then roll in crumbled graham crackers.
  25. Repeat until all cake pops are done!

Instructions
  1. 1/2 cup egg whites
  2. 1T mashed banana (melted in micro)
  3. 1/2t cinnamon
  4. 1T oat flour
  5. 1T vanilla greek yogurt
  6. Heat 1/2t coconut oil skillet (medium heat)
  7. Mix mashed/melted banana well with greek yogurt. Add egg whites, flour, and cinnamon
  8. Pour mixture onto skillet, cook until almost set
  9. Add blueberries to one side of the omelette, and cook for ~1 more minute.
  10. Flip half without blueberries onto other half, cook for ~1 more minute.
  11. Flip in half again, cook for ~30 more seconds.
  12. Top with favourite breakfast toppings and enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Melt coconut oil in the microwave (~20s)
  2. Add dry ingredients and mix well
  3. Add water while mixing (you may need to add more/less depending on your protein powder - mixture should be fairly liquidy, but you should be able to mold it)
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  5. Form mixture into a rectangle, press firmly
  6. Freeze for 1 hour, remove and cut into 16 pieces.
  7. Store in freezer and enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Grind flaxseeds into powder and mix together with almond and coconut flour
  2. Cream sugar sub and ghee together, then add eggs and mix
  3. Mix together steps 1 and 2
  4. Role dough out 1/4 inch thick between 2 sheets of wax paper
  5. Use cookie cutter to make shapes and place on tray
  6. Bake at 350 for ~20-30 min

Ingredients topping: (Serves 3)
  1. 1.5 tbsp coconut oil
  2. 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  3. 3 tbsp dark agave
Pancake Directions:
  1. Blend all pancake ingredients (except the ones above) in blender
  2. Heat greased skillet
  3. Cook two pancakes at a time flipping after 2 mins on medium low heat
  4. Top with berries and dark agave (calories below do not reflect toppings)
Topping Directions:
  1. Heat coconut oil in microwave for 25 sec
  2. Combine agave and cocoa powder
  3. Drizzle on pancakes

Ingredients for the magic shell:
  1. 1/2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  2. 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  3. 1 packet Truvia
Directions for Fro-yo:
  1. Blend all ingredients that aren't for the magic shell in the food processor until creamy.
Directions for Shell:
  1. Heat up 1/2 tbsp coconut oil 25 sec in microwave then add 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 1 packet of Truvia, drizzle sauce over froyo and watch as it magically hardens!

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Grease a muffin pan with coconut oil.
  3. Put all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix with immersion blender or whisk until well mixed.
  4. Let sit 5 minutes.
  5. Use a cup measure to spoon into muffin tins.
  6. Bake 12-15 minutes until starting to brown and not soft when lightly touched on the top.
  7. Let cool 2 minutes, drizzle with honey (if desired) and serve. you can even top muffins with coconut or nuts before you bake as well

  1. 1/3c unsweetened cocoa powder
  2. 1/4c coconut flour
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 1/2c lite coconut milk (full fat works too, but I just bought the wrong one)
  5. 1/4c coconut oil or grass-fed butter, melted
  6. 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  7. stevia (25-40 drops)
  8. topping (optional): 14-28g stevia chocolate chips
  9. mix dry ingredients together
  10. in a separate bowl blend together the liquid of the ingredients
  11. stir the liquid ingredients into the dry
  12. pour into a 6" dia cake pan
  13. bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes
  14. top with chocolate chips as soon as it gets out

  1. 1c almond flour
  2. 2Tbs coconut flour
  3. 1/4-1/3c truvia
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1/6c (37g) coconut oil, melted
  6. 1.5oz sugar free chocolate chips (I used lily's brand)
  7. 1tsp vanilla extract
  8. Blend together truvia, eggs, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract
  9. In a separate bowl mix together almond flour, coconut flour and chocolate chips
  10. Mix in wet ingredients
  11. Make 32 small mounds (~10g each) and bake for 15min at 350F
  12. Roll into a log and put in fridge until hardened, then slice and bake as needed
