Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients into a mixing bowl,
  2. Add wet ingredients and stir to form batter.
  3. Use cupcake linens to fill cupcake tray. Fill cupcake linens half way with batter.
  4. Bake 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Place cupcakes on cooling rack for 10-15 minutes until cool.
  6. Combine greek yogurt and SF/FF Pudding Mix together and form a frosting.
  7. Put frosting in a ziplock bag. Cut the corner of the bag and squeeze the frosting on top of the cupcakes.
  8. Squeeze a dash Sea Salt & Red Sprinkles to finish the cupcakes

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Use a blender to grind oatmeal to a fine powder. Combine grinded oatmeal with dry ingredients in a mixing bowl (Pudding Mix, Whey, Baking Powder, Splenda, and Pancake Mix)
  3. Add Egg + Greek Yogurt and mix. Add enough water to make batter like consistency and set aside.
  4. Use aluminum foil to line a baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray. Drop cookies 1" apart from each other with a spoon on coated baking sheet. Top cookies with MnM's
  5. Bake 7-9 Minutes (top with start to turn golden brown)
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes & Enjoy

Instructions
  1. Pre-Heat Oven to 350
  2. Combine all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  3. Combine the wet (applesauce, egg whites, and greek yogurt) and form batter.
  4. Drop batter into muffin trey and fill each cup half way. Garnish with another dash of cinnamon
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes and monitor them. Use a toothpick to pick the center to make sure no residue comes off showing you that the final product is complete.
  6. Allow 2-3 minutes to cool and then enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Combine wet ingredients with dry and form batter
  3. Heat a skillet to medium power and apply cooking spray. Apply batter and spread out in a circle. Cook for 2 minutes until batter starts to bubble and flip. Allow to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. Rinse and repeat until all batter is used up and pancakes are made.
  5. In a separate bowl combine Greek yogurt PB Lean to form a glaze.. Transfer glaze to a plastic ziploc bag. Cut a small hole in the corner of the bag and dispense the topping in a swirl fashion.
  6. Enjoy
