Instructions
  1. Banana split inspired pancakes - makes 5-6 small porncakes
  2. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cup oat flour
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used lean body for her)
  6. 1 tsp baking powder
  7. 1 tbsp olive oil
  8. 1 tsp sweetener of choice
  9. Milk of choice to form a batter (about 1/2 cup)
  10. 1 egg
  11. Combine ingredients and mix well.
  12. Add enough milk to form a batter.
  13. Cook pancakes on skillet a few minutes on each side until cooked.
  14. Let cool then layer with strawberries, banana, peanut butter, and melted chocolate or baking cocoa mixed with water.

  1. frozen strawberry microwaved for ~35s
  2. Mix all ingredients and cook on medium heat.

I topped mine with a protein peanut sauce, greek yogurt, banana + strawberry microwaved together and banana slices!

Instructions
  1. Heat cookie for 15 seconds in the microwave.
  2. Place it on a cutting board and roll a rolling pin over the hot cookie (or a drinking glass, make sure it is glass though), roll until the cookie is about 3 cm in depth
  3. Freeze the dough for 30 minutes (optional)
  4. Take out of freezer and begin to make the topping
  5. Cut the berries
  6. Get a bowl and mix yogurt, Truvia, vanilla and the 10g protein
  7. Top the cookie crust with the protein frosting and berries
  8. Cut with a pizza cutter into 6 pieces and enjoy.

Second layer:
  1. 1/2 banana
  2. 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  3. Blend the banana with the peanut butter
Third layer:
  1. Strawberry jam
  2. (5 strawberries blended, optional add 1/2 tsp of chia seed and1 tsp water, you can add stevia, honey or favorite sweetener, keep the strawberry mixture with chia seeds for at least 1 hrs before use to give chance to the chia seeds to expand)

  1. In a small mixing bowl add the cinnamon and egg whites and whisk. Set aside.
  2. In a food processor or blender add approx 3/4 of the oranges and strawberries a long with the protein, greek yogurt and almond milk. Blend.
  3. Cut your wraps into however many roll ups you want, I got 4. Place the strawberry orange protein mix into each wrap, roll them up then place in egg white mixture. Let soak on each side for 2-3 minutes, or until all egg white mix is gone.
  4. Heat a pan on low-medium and cook on each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown and you know the egg mix has cooked!
