Blend all ingredients together and use a silicon mold. Press the dough in the bottom of the pan

(5 strawberries blended, optional add 1/2 tsp of chia seed and1 tsp water, you can add stevia, honey or favorite sweetener, keep the strawberry mixture with chia seeds for at least 1 hrs before use to give chance to the chia seeds to expand)
In a small mixing bowl add the cinnamon and egg whites and whisk. Set aside.
In a food processor or blender add approx 3/4 of the oranges and strawberries a long with the protein, greek yogurt and almond milk. Blend.
Cut your wraps into however many roll ups you want, I got 4. Place the strawberry orange protein mix into each wrap, roll them up then place in egg white mixture. Let soak on each side for 2-3 minutes, or until all egg white mix is gone.
Heat a pan on low-medium and cook on each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown and you know the egg mix has cooked!
