Instructions
  1. Cook chicken breast in a pan, slice thin, and set aside.
  2. Combine yellow onion, green pepper, sliced mushrooms, and black pepper, saut in pan with cooking spray until done.
  3. Add sliced cooked chicken to pan with vegetables and mix together.
  4. Put Chicken Philly mixture in a bowl over shredded lettuce and top with sliced tomatoes!
Recipe Notes

If you are having with Provolone, melt the cheese over your chicken Philly mixture on the pan, before serving in the bowl over shredded lettuce. You definitely want it goooey and good

  1. Lightly toast whole wheat toast until slightly crispy and golden brown.
  2. Mash up the avocado. Stir in the salt until smooth. Add to the base of the toast.
  3. Chop up the tomatoes and spread evenly across the toast.
  4. Fry egg on a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Fry sunny-side style for about 2-3 minutes. Place on the toast.
