  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or spray with cooking spray).
  2. Blend all ingredients together.
  3. Drop batter by the tablespoon onto the baking sheet.

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 325f.
  2. Mix together coconut flour, powdered peanut butter, vanilla protein powder and baking powder.
  3. Add peanut butter and egg whites. Mix until dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into 8 balls and press them plat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes.
  6. While cooling melt maple syrup and coconut oil together.
  7. Mix in cocoa powder.
  8. Once the cookies have cooled, place about a nickel size of chocolate on the center of four cookies and sandwich with remaining cookies.
  9. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden. Enjoy!

  3. 1 scoop quest vanilla protein powder
  4. 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  5. 1 stevia packet of desired
  6. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  7. Ice cubes
