Instructions
  1. Mix pancake ingredients (1/2 scoop cookies and cream protein powder, 1 serving Trader Joe's multigrain pancake mix (just mix), 1 tbsp Greek yogurt plain nonfat,1 tbsp almond milk unsweetened vanilla, 3 crushed mini Oreos, egg white)
  2. Mix glaze (10g vanilla protein, 4 tbsp vanilla unsweetened almond milk, 1 packet Truvia, 1 tbsp Greek yogurt nonfat plain) in another container and place in fridge
  3. Heat skillet with cooking coconut oil spray
  4. Cook pancakes 3 at a time, cooking on medium heat at 3 minutes each side
  5. Top pancakes with glaze from fridge and brownie and 3 oreos
  6. Eat up!

Instructions
  1. Mix pancake mix, egg white, yogurt, 2 tbsp of almond milk, vanilla, carrots (shredded), raisins, spices, 15g protein and 1 packet Truvia in a bowl
  2. Spray skillet with coconut oil, put on medium heat and cook 3 small pancakes at a time (recipe makes 6 pancakes = 1 serving)
  3. For topping; heat cream cheese in microwave on 50 percent power for 10 seconds
  4. Add 2 tbsp almond milk, 5g protein and 1 Truvia to topping and put it on pancakes

  1. Mix pancake ingredients (15g vanilla whey protein, 1 serving Trader Joe multi grain pancake mix (just mix), 1 tbsp Greek yogurt plain nonfat,1 tbsp almond milk unsweetened vanilla, egg white, coconut extract)
  2. Do the above steps again in another bowl
  3. Add red food dye to one bowl and blue food dye to the other
  4. Mix glaze (10g vanilla protein, 1 tbsp. fat free cream cheese, 4 tbsp vanilla unsweetened almond milk, 1 packet Truvia) in another container and place in fridge
  5. Heat skillet with cooking coconut oil spray
  6. Cook pancakes 3 at a time, cooking on medium heat at 3 minutes each side
  7. Top pancakes with glaze from fridge and shredded coconut -Eat up!
