Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into bowl except milk and mix but be careful not to over mix! This will create tough donuts!
  2. Slowly add in liquid until you have a batter with a slightly thicker texture than an average pancake mixture would.
  3. Place evenly in 4 normal sized donut molds.
  4. Bake for 20 -25 mins. Cool and enjoy!
  5. I topped mine with greek yogurt and then topped with pomegrante and hemp seeds!

  1. 1 Scoop chocolate whey
  2. 4 egg whites
  3. 1Tbsp almond milk
Chocolate Protein Crepes
  1. Whisk all ingredients together until no lumps remain. Preheat pan over medium heat and grease with a little coconut oil. Using almost 1/4 of a cup pour into pan and tilt pan so batter goes to edges, cook just until sides curl and flip, remove after 5-10 seconds. Repeat with remaining batter. Yield 4 crepes.
  2. Filling 0% Plain greek yogurt Chocolate whey protein Pomegranate arils
  3. Dark chocolate drizzle is 1 square of Lindt 70% cacao melted and mixed with pure coconut milk to get drizzle consistency.
  4. Combine protein and greek yogurt until smooth (I used about 2/3 cup yogurt and 1/2 scoop protein + cinnamon). Spoon onto crepes and sprinkle with pomegranate, fold and stick with toothpick. Place on plate and drizzle with chocolate, more pom and more chopped chocolate.
