Instructions
  1. Mix the cheesecake mix together and place in the fridge immediately
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix and then slowly mix in all the wet. Let mixture sit for 1-2 minutes
  3. While mix is sitting, heat pan with non stick spray or coconut oil for 1-2 minutes, divide pancake mix and flip when bubbles appear
  4. Layer each pancake with cheesecake mix and top with more coconut, whipped cream, nut butter, etc

  1. Mix everything together other then the chocolate chips and marshmallows
  2. Spray a mug with non stick spray, add mug cake batter in and then micro wave for 2-3 minutes
  3. Flip onto a cookie sheet and top with chocolate chips and marshmallows and broil for 2-3 minutes (depending on your oven, I broiled at 400)

    You can easily add any extra toppings you would like * i.e. peanut butter, graham cracker, etc

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients of the pancake mix together. Slowly add in the wet and set aside to thicken
  2. Heat pan on low to medium with coconut oil or non stick spray, add pancake mix into however many you want
  3. In two small mixing bowls, add the cocoa in one and pb2 in the other
  4. Add 1 tbsp of water and syrup into the cocoa, and 1 tbsp of water into the pb2
  5. Stack pancakes and add the toppings!

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together, omitting the chocolate chips (you can always add extra inside the mix but I did not)
  2. Add in the wet ingredients and mix, then pre heat the oven at 350.
  3. Spray baking dish with non stick spray and add brownie mix. Bake for 15-20 minutes and once out of the oven, place the chocolate chips on top. They will melt quickly, so spread it out and you'll have a nice chocolate icing!

  1. Mix the dry and then slowly add the wet ingredients into the pancake mix. (chop some apple into small pieces and keep a few slides for the topping if you want!)
  2. On low to medium heat bake your pancakes, flip when bubbles appear
  3. Mix the pb2 with the water and then top pancakes and drizzle over

  1. Pancake Mix: prepare the flour, baking powder, almond milk, water, apple sauce, protein powder together in a mixing bowl. Also add a bit of the shredded coconut and pineapple slices.
  2. For the cream stuffing, mix together the greek yogurt, maple syrup and a bit of the coconut and pineapple slices
  3. On a pan on low to medium heat, spray with non stick spray or use some coconut oil. Divide pancake batter and cook and flip when bubbles appear.
  4. Stack 1 pancake at a time and place cream mix in between each pancake. Top with remaining coconut and pineapple slices, you can add whipped cream too.

  1. Crush your almonds, set aside the chocolate chips and coconut
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients and then add in half of the chocolate chips, crushed almonds and coconut.
  3. Measure out your wet ingredients mix them then slowly add it into the dry and let sit for 1-2 minutes. While this is sitting you can heat your pan on low to medium and spray with non stick spray or use coconut oil
  4. Pour batter onto pan and flip when they bubble.
  5. Stack and top with remaining almonds, chocolate chips and coconut. You can also add extra - I used fat free whipped cream and some sugar free maple syrup.
