Instructions
  1. Pancake recipe:
  2. 2Tb coconut flour
  3. stevia, to taste
  4. 1/4c egg whites
  5. 2Tbs water
  6. Mix together all ingredients
  7. Cook like a pancake -OR- steam
  8. Bring about 1in water to a simmer
  9. Pour batter into a small glass dish
  10. Put dish into water and cover water pot
  11. Let steam until cooked through

  1. Melt strawberries in the microwave for ~1 minute
  2. Add almond butter and dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Slowly add water (you may need to add more/less water depending on your protein powder/strawberries), you want the mixture to be relatively sticky, but still firm. Form into balls and store in the freezer or fridge.

  1. I used vanilla protein powder in this recipe, but I'm sure chocolate would work as well. Plus it might make it more chocolatey!
  2. Heat the coconut oil in the microwave for ~20s
  3. Add dry ingredients, mix well.
  4. Add water slowly (you may need to add more/less water depending on your protein powder) You want the mixture to be slightly sticky, and firm.
  5. Roll into balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
