Instructions
  1. Mix jam with ~1/2T water until pourable consistency and set aside
  2. Blend other ingredients together, and pour into a lightly greased cake pan
  3. Drizzle the jam mixture onto the top, and bake for ~20 minutes
  4. Cut into 8 pieces and enjoy!

Instructions
  1. 3 medium carrots grated
  2. 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  3. 1 cup gluten free oats
  4. 1 scoop vanilla trutein protein powder
  5. 1 egg
  6. 2 egg whites
  7. 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded coconut
  8. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  9. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  10. 1 tbsp cinnamon
  11. 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  12. 1/2 tsp cloves
  13. 1 tbsp agave nectar
  14. 1/4 cup raisins
  15. Mix all wet ingredients together and fold in dry ingredients to combine.
  16. Drop cookies in a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes
  17. Recipe makes 20 cookies! Then devour!

Instructions
  1. 1 cup gluten free oats.
  2. 1/2 cup light coconut milk.
  3. 1/4 cup almond butter.
  4. 1/4 cup agave nectar.
  5. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder.
  6. 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut.
  7. 1 cup freeze dried raspberries chopped.
  8. To prepare first mix coconut milk, almond butter and agave nectar until smooth.
  9. Add the dry ingredients and lastly fold in dried raspberries.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Grease a muffin pan with coconut oil.
  3. Put all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix with immersion blender or whisk until well mixed.
  4. Let sit 5 minutes.
  5. Use a cup measure to spoon into muffin tins.
  6. Bake 12-15 minutes until starting to brown and not soft when lightly touched on the top.
  7. Let cool 2 minutes, drizzle with honey (if desired) and serve. you can even top muffins with coconut or nuts before you bake as well
