Instructions
  1. Grind oats and psyllium husks into powder
  2. Mix together oats, psyllium, coconut flour, protein powder
  3. Add yogurt, egg whites and almond milk and mix well
  4. Stir in lemon extract, lemon juice and stevia (adjust these ingredients to taste)
  5. Fold in blueberries, adding a little at a time
  6. Pour into molds* and bake at 325 for ~45min (depending on mold)

You can use a cupcake pan (12), mini cake mold (8), or a 6" round cake pan

  1. 1 medium zucchini, grated
  2. 1/2 medium ripe banana, mashed
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1/2 scoop vanilla whey
  5. 1t psyllium husk
  6. 1/2t cinnamon
  7. 1/2t baking powder
  8. Mix all ingredients together and cook on a lightly greased skillet, medium heat.

Instructions
  1. Microwave the strawberries and peanut butter for ~ 1 minute.
  2. Add remaining ingredients (except water) and mix well.
  3. Add water slowly (while mixing) you may need to add more/less water depending on your protein powder.
  4. Mixture should be firm enough to form bars and maintain shape.

  1. Melt coconut oil in the microwave (~20s)
  2. Add dry ingredients and mix well
  3. Add water while mixing (you may need to add more/less depending on your protein powder - mixture should be fairly liquidy, but you should be able to mold it)
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  5. Form mixture into a rectangle, press firmly
  6. Freeze for 1 hour, remove and cut into 16 pieces.
  7. Store in freezer and enjoy!
