Perfect for an after lunch/dinner dessert, or as a snack!
Chocolate Protein Fudge
Melt coconut oil in the microwave (~20s)
Add dry ingredients and mix well
Add water while mixing (you may need to add more/less depending on your protein powder - mixture should be fairly liquidy, but you should be able to mold it)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Form mixture into a rectangle, press firmly
Freeze for 1 hour, remove and cut into 16 pieces.
Store in freezer and enjoy!
