Ingredients
- 1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal Flour
- 1/4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Tone's Pure Almond Extract
- 3 serving (serving = 1 scoop) MusclePharm Combat Powder - Vanilla
- 2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Maranatha All Natural Creamy Almond Butter
- 1 serving (serving = 6 pieces) Trader Joe's Dried Apricots
- 1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla

Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients together, add almond butter and mix, then slowly add the water while stirring.
- You may have to add more/less water depending on your protein powder.
- You want the batter to be sticky but firm.
- Form into bars and store in the fridge/freezer (I store mine in the freezer)
