Almond Apricot Homemade Protein Bars
serving (serving = 1/4 cup)
Bob’s Red Mill Almond Meal Flour
serving (serving = 1/4 tsp)
Tone’s Pure Almond Extract
serving (serving = 1 scoop)
MusclePharm Combat Powder – Vanilla
serving (serving = 2 tbsp)
Maranatha All Natural Creamy Almond Butter
serving (serving = 6 pieces)
Trader Joe’s Dried Apricots
serving (serving = 1 cup)
Silk Pure Almond Milk – Unsweetened Vanilla
Mix all dry ingredients together, add almond butter and mix, then slowly add the water while stirring.
You may have to add more/less water depending on your protein powder.
You want the batter to be sticky but firm.
Form into bars and store in the fridge/freezer (I store mine in the freezer)
