Banana Split Inspired Pancakes
large (8″ to 8-7/8″ long)
Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
serving (serving = 1/3 cup)
Bob’s Red Mill Whole Grain Oat Flour
serving (serving = 1 tbsp)
Baker’s Corner Baking Cocoa
serving (serving = 1 cup)
Silk Pure Almond Milk – Unsweetened Original
serving (serving = 1/4 cup)
Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
serving (serving = 1 scoop)
Muscle Milk Chocolate Protein Powder
Banana split inspired pancakes – makes 5-6 small porncakes
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used lean body for her)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sweetener of choice
Milk of choice to form a batter (about 1/2 cup)
Combine ingredients and mix well.
Add enough milk to form a batter.
Cook pancakes on skillet a few minutes on each side until cooked.
Let cool then layer with strawberries, banana, peanut butter, and melted chocolate or baking cocoa mixed with water.
