Blueberry Baked Oatmeal
Perfect make-ahead for a busy morning. Top with syrup, yogurt, fruit, nuts, or nut butter! I topped this one with Greek yogurt mixed with vanilla whey protein (“Frosting”).

Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry)
McCann’s Quick Cooking Irish Oatmeal
serving (serving = 1 packet)
Sugar in the Raw Stevia in The Raw (Packet)
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
Spray a 12×9 pan (or you can use a round cake pan) with cooking spray. Add oatmeal mixture to the pan.
Top with blueberries and bake 25-30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
