Blueberry Banana Protein Loaf
medium (7″ to 7-7/8″ long)
Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
serving (serving = 1/4 cup)
Bob’s Red Mill Almond Meal Flour
serving (serving = 1/2 cup)
Musselman’s Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce
serving (serving = 8 oz)
Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
serving (serving = 1 scoop)
Dymatize Nutrition Elite XT Blueberry Muffin
Preheat oven to 350F
In small bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and protein powder.
Mash bananas In large mixing bowl. Mix applesauce, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and Â½ of the blueberries.
Cover a loaf pan in parchment paper or nonstick cooking spray. Pour the other Â½ of the blueberries into a layer in the bottom; pour the bread dough on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes, or until toothpick in the center comes out clean. Let cool, and serve.
Makes 8 servings.
