This is hands down one of my most favorite recipes I've ever created. The crust for this pizza is so light and fluffy. it's hard to believe a crust this good only takes about 5 minutes to make! For those that follow plant based/vegan diets i have also included subs in the recipe for a vegan crust and you can top it with whatever toppings you like!

Ingredients
- 2 medium egg
- 1/4 cup Low Sodium tomato sauce
- 0.3 tablespoon 100% Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
- 0.3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cup sliced Bell Peppers
- 2 serving (serving = 1 oz) Kraft Medium Cheddar Cheese
- 3 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

5 minute personal pizza - makes 1
- Crust
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- sprinkle garlic powder
- for a vegan crust you can sub 1/2 cup pumpkin for the egg and yogurt
Toppings
- 1/4 cup cheese of choice
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce (I used a florentine spinach flavored sauce)
- mixed bell peppers
- 1 egg sunny side up
Recipe Notes
Combine ingredients to make pizza crust. Use hands to combine all ingredients. Dough will be sticky so it may help to coat hands with some flour. Form dough into a pizza crust and Microwave for 2 minutes. Set aside. Top with toppings and microwave until cheese starts to melt. Set aside. Cook sunny side up egg and top pizza then enjoy.
