Five Minute Quest Cookies and Cream Donuts
mashed Cooked Pumpkin
100% Maple Syrup
Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
serving (serving = 1/4 cup)
Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
serving (serving = 1 bar)
Quest Cookies & Cream Bar
Quest cookies and cream donuts – makes 4-5
3/4 cup whole wheat flour (for gf version: sub oat flour plus 1-2 tbsp coconut flour)
1/2 cup pumpkin purÃ©e (or can sub in 1 egg and reduce pumpkin to 1/4 cup)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sweetener of choice
1 quest cookies and cream bar
additional toppings as desired
ombine ingredients to make donuts and mix well until a dough forms.
If you go the route of using egg the dough may be a little sticky.
Make sure to flour your hands and/or wet your hands to help manage the dough.
Pull off pieces of dough and roll into a thin rope.
Form into donut shape.
Repeat with rest of dough.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
Set aside To cool.
Microwave the quest bar for 10 seconds or until soft.
Pull of pieces of the bar and press onto the tops of the donuts.
Top with other desired toppings and enjoy.
Best if eaten immediately.
