Instructions
Toppings:
  1. 3/4c heavy whipping cream
  2. 1 teaspoon or to taste liquid stevia
  3. Bacon
How to make:
  1. Warm up girdle, melt butter.
  2. Combine above ingredients. Blend till smooth. In This recipe, the pancakes are thick, but add more liquid they will thin.
  3. While the above is cooking, cook bacon.
  4. Next, pour heavy whipping in blender with stevia and blend. Blend till it peaks, set aside.
  5. Pancakes cook a few minutes each side. When done add toppings. For the kiddos I add a small drizzle of maple syrup.
