Key Lime & Coconut Protein Cookies
Instructions
  1. 1/2 cup coconut flour
  2. 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat unsweetened coconut
  3. 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  4. 1 Dannon light n fit key lime non fat Greek yogurt (5.3oz.)
  5. 1 egg
  6. 2 egg whites
  7. 2 tbsp
  8. Agave nectar
  9. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  10. 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  11. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  12. Juice of 1 lime, zest of 1 lime
  13. Mix all ingredients and roll into 12 balls and place greased cookie sheet
  14. Take a fork and mash cookies down into little circles
  15. Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 10-12 mi. Until golden
  16. Top with additional lime zest if desired and Enjoy!
