mashed Cooked Pumpkin
Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
serving (serving = 1 tbsp)
Baker’s Corner Baking Cocoa
serving (serving = 1 cup)
Silk Pure Almond Milk – Unsweetened Original
serving (serving = 1 scoop)
Muscle Milk Chocolate Protein Powder
Chocolate protein mugcake
1/4 cup shredded zucchini
1/4 cup pumpkin pure
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 banana, Mashed
2 tbsp baking cocoa
splash almond milk
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Microwave 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
Turn out onto a plate and microwave another minute If not fully cooked on bottom.
Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
To make nicecream, simply blend 1-2 frozen bananas in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
