Over Night Banana & Vanilla Oats
Dymatize Nutrition ISO 100 Hydrolyzed 100% Whey Protein Isolate - Birthday Cake
½ scoop Birthday Cake Whey
¾ cup Liberte - 2% Plain Greek Yogurt
Mix some water, oats and peanut butter in a bowl.
Slice banana into thin slices and place ontop of the oats.
In a separate bowl mix yogurt, whey and vanilla extract.
Spoon the yogurt on top of the bananas and oats.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and place in the fridge.
