Instructions
  1. Dymatize Nutrition ISO 100 Hydrolyzed 100% Whey Protein Isolate - Birthday Cake
  2. ½ Bananas
  3. 1/3 Cup Large Flake Oats
  4. ½ scoop Birthday Cake Whey
  5. ¾ cup Liberte - 2% Plain Greek Yogurt
  6. 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  7. Cinnamon
  8. Mix some water, oats and peanut butter in a bowl.
  9. Slice banana into thin slices and place ontop of the oats.
  10. In a separate bowl mix yogurt, whey and vanilla extract.
  11. Spoon the yogurt on top of the bananas and oats.
  12. Sprinkle with cinnamon and place in the fridge.
  13. Eat the next day.
