- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash splenda
- 1.5 servings Complete Pancake Mix Extra Fluffy
- 1 Serving Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding Mix
- 1 Serving MyOatmeal.com PB Lean Pumpkin Spice
Toppings
- 1.5 Servings MyOatmeal.com PB Lean Pumpkin Spice
- 3 ounces Greek Yougurt

Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Combine wet ingredients with dry and form batter
- Heat a skillet to medium power and apply cooking spray. Apply batter and spread out in a circle. Cook for 2 minutes until batter starts to bubble and flip. Allow to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Rinse and repeat until all batter is used up and pancakes are made.
- In a separate bowl combine Greek yogurt PB Lean to form a glaze.. Transfer glaze to a plastic ziploc bag. Cut a small hole in the corner of the bag and dispense the topping in a swirl fashion.
