Ingredients
- 2 tbsp honey
- 0.16 serving (serving = 1 cup) Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk
- 4 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour
- 2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Bell Plantation PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Market Pantry Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla
- 2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions
- In a small bowl add pb2 and slowly mix 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you have a thick peanut butter like consistency.
- In a separate bowl mix alll dry ingredients together.
- Add pb2 mixture and remaining ingredients except chocolate chips.
- Use a fork to mix and mash until dough forms.
- Fill a cookie scoop half way with the dough and then add 2-3 chocolate chips into the center.
- Fill the rest of the way with dough and drop on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 375f for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
