Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
No Bake Protein Healthy Cookie Dough
  1. 1 can low sodium chickpeas drained and rinsed
  2. 4 scoops quest vanilla protein powder
  3. 2 tbsp coconut flour
  4. 1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  5. 4 tbsp almond butter
  6. 2 tbsp agave nectar
  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  8. 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  9. 1 cup lily’s dark chocolate chips
  10. Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips until smooth.
Recipe Notes

If too dense add a little more cashew milk until you have reached your desired consistency. Then fold in chocolate chips and any other in any other yummy treats you please and store in a mason jar in the fridge! Enjoy!
