Instructions
  1. 1/2 cup of cooked of red quinoa (or any quinoa)
  2. 1/2 (0.5oz) pouch/ scoop of Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
  3. 2 large egg whites or 1/2 cup of liquid egg whites
  4. 2-3 teaspoons (or more if desired) of Skinny Syrups Sugar & Calories Free Pumpkin Spice
  5. Stevia - optional (with the protein powder its pretty sweet)
  6. Top of with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  7. Dash of ground cinnamon/ pumpkin spice (optional).
  8. Preheat oven to 350F
  9. Place 3 paper cups in cupcake/ muffin tin.
  10. Mix the protein powder and egg whites (I used a blender bottle). Then add the quinoa and syrup and mix it together.
  11. Pour them in the cupcake cups and bake for about 25 - 30 mins at 350-400 degrees.
  12. Top off with peanut butter and other goodies!
